David Ensunsa
August 9, 1942 - May 5, 2022
Burbank, Washington - David (Pooch) Ensunsa passed away at home in Burbank, Washington. He grew up in Gooding, Idaho and Richland, Oregon. In 1963 he enlisted in the Army serving in Germany until 1966. In 1967 Pooch married Ellie, his wife of 55 years.
During Dave's career he worked on many dams, radar and missile sites, and the Hanford Site. Dave was a member and board member of Carpenters Local 1849. After retirement he worked for USDA Wildlife Services.
He volunteered in the community coaching softball and T-ball, 4-H, Vocational Education Committee, and chain crew for football games. He found enjoyment in his wife and family, all sports in the community, bowling, hunting, fishing, camping, and travel. One of the highlights was our 25 years of travel to Alaska and its wonderful memories.
Dave is preceded in death by his parents; brothers Lloyd, Bob, Steve; nephew Darren, niece Martha. He is survived by his wife Ellie, children Angela (Joe) Stoddard, Laura Ensunsa, (Joe Raciti), David (Chanda) Ensunsa, grandchildren Dane and Ella Ensunsa, brother Dick, beloved sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Graveside service will be at Wallula Cemetery at 1:00 P.M. May 20, 2022. Celebration Tribute will be 1:00 P.M. May 21st at the Burbank Grange.
Flowers or donations in lieu of flowers may be sent to Mueller's Greenlee Funeral Home 1608 W. Court St. Pasco, WA 99301

Elle and family I am so sorry for your loss, Pooch was a friend and loved very much. Missing him will be very much in my future. As well as yours/ God Bless you all Elle I love ya girl always
