David Harshman Obituary

David Harshman
November 12, 1955 - May 27, 2022
Kennewick, Washington - DAVID MILO HARSHMAN
Kennewick - David M. Harshman, 66, passed away unexpectedly on May 27, 2022
at his home. He was born November 12, 1955 at Kennewick General Hospital,
the son of Chester A. and June M. (Diemert) Harshman. David graduated from
Kennewick High School, Class of 1974.
Upon graduation, David was employed by Tru-Stone, Inc. as a Carpenter and
installed fireplaces; followed by the Tri-City Country Club Golf Course as
a Groundskeeper and Mechanic, and retired in 2021.
In addition to his parents, David is preceded in death by brothers Joe and
Richard. Survivors include brothers Chet and his wife Caryl, Milo, and
Marvin all in Kennewick; sisters Carol (Huske) and husband Mike in Olympia,
Shirley Plester in Kennewick, Bonnie (Troiano) and husband Ray in Evans,
GA, Cindy (Stroud) and husband Steve in West Richland, and many aunts,
uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
David's first love was his classic 1955, 1956, & 1957 Chevy's which he
owned throughout the years and still has a 1956 Chevy 2-door hardtop to
this day. He would always find time to keep them in original condition and
was proud to cruise around town.
David also looked forward to his yearly trips to Pelican Alaska where he
and his brothers Joe, Milo, Richard, & Marvin built "the cabin." He loved
camping and fishing with his family and was always willing to lend a hand
to family or friends in need.
"May the God you believe in bless you."
- Willie Nelson
