David Rouse Obituary

Dave passed away on May 17, 2025, in Spokane, Wa. Born on April 23, 1939, in Colfax to John and Ruth. He was one of five siblings.

A graduate of Colfax HS, in 1957, Dave began his working life in labor roles before transitioning into the life insurance business in 1970.

Dave and his former spouse Marlene had 3 children: Delene (Doug), Kelly (Scott), and Rick (Kim); 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. After their divorce, Dave met Beverly Andrus. They moved to the Blue Mountains, where they built a cabin that became a meaningful part of their life until they opted for warm weather and traveled to Arizona for the winters. After Bev passed in 2020, Dave made his home in Colfax near many people whom he forged close bonds with. He was very active with his community helping others and hosting get togethers. A celebration of life will be held with friends at Hill Ray Plaza in Colfax.

There will be a private family burial at the City View Cemetery in Pasco.

I am so sorry for my previous message. I was not aware that Bev had passed away years ago.
