Every memory I have of Devin was a fun an happy memory. From him running around as a little kid with my brothers and I on fourth of July to him growing up and hearing about his travels to college at EWU, love for music, his electric guitar, and searching the County Fair each year for his Art Work. Continued prayers to Ivan, Kathy, Taryn, Nicholas, and the whole Papp Family during this difficult time.
