I used to be Keith's neighbor. I met him shortly after he and his family moved into Maltby. His Grandmother/ Aunt left her house to them. Mrs. Kelin (sp) she used to be a friend of my mom's. This started a long friendship we had horses took Janna & Kristie house backriding. And, then we all went caroling & had snow ball fights! And, grew up together! Then, we went to school together, he graduated in 75 me 74. Keith was a Great guy and I'll miss him a lot! He's with the Angels now. God bless you until we meet Again! In

My heartfelt condolences to the McDaniel family and for all of those who loved Keith. I am heartbroken to hear of Keith's passing. I grew up next to the McDaniel family and Keith was like a brother to me. He had a huge heart and was one of the kindness people I have ever known. He was a true friend who protected me when I needed a super hero! I will remember him always and I hope someday to join him and Rosemary in that football game!

Words fail me.. brother/friend/one of the most beautiful/exceptional/marvelous souls I had the privilege of sharing part of my life with. I mourn the loss with you, until we see each other on the other side.

My heart goes out to the entire McDaniel family for the untimely and sudden passing of their beloved Keith. As hard as it is for all of us who knew and loved Keith, a parent should never have to out live their children. My brother Mike and I grew up with the McDaniel family, we were neighbors. We spent countless hours in my grandparent's field playing football. I would quarterback and Keith would run. Together we would take on the entire neighborhood because Keith loved to run and no one could catch him. We won a lot of football games together! Those were some really great times. Keith loved God with all his heart and was always very protective of his siblings. Keith had a huge heart and would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. He never had an unkind word to say about anyone, he looked for the best in everyone. Keith loved and respected his mom and he knew that he could always count on her. As much as you will be missed here on earth Keith by so many people, I know beyond a shadow of doubt that you are happy beyond words right now! I know that you are in the presence of GOD and reunited with Josh and most likely Bud is running circles around you both. My love and prayers to the McDaniel family and to all those that knew Keith. May you find increasing peace and comfort as the days go by and you find your way to a new normal without Keith's presence here among us on earth. I miss you... and I look forward to playing football with you again someday!

Keith was well respected at Monroe H.S. I knew him as a polite, quiet, kind man and an awesome athlete. He has left us way too soon. My prayers and condolences to all who loved him.
