LARRY JAMIESON Obituary

LARRY LEE JAMIESON Larry Lee Jamieson, 75, passed away August 7, 2015 at Summerwood Care Facility in Moses Lake, Washington. Larry was a Connell, WA resident before moving to summerwood. At Larry's request there will be no service. There will be a family internment for Larry and his wife, Linda, later at the Othello cemetery. He and Linda (Bischoff) were married on March 27, 1970. They had no children, but took in foster children and animals too numerous to mention. They loved spending time with their numerous nieces and nephews. Larry was born March 17, 1940 to Merrill and Lillian Jamison. He graduated from Mead High School, followed by five years in the Air Force. He worked for Damon Ranch in Othello for many years. In 1977 Larry bought a hay grinding business from his father-in-law. He ran Jamieson Hay Company for thirty years before retiring. Larry was a hard worker, yet still managed time for his loves fishing, trap shooting, reloading, frogging and of course visiting. Larry never met a stranger and always had a story or joke to tell. Larry is survived by the Canooks, brothers-in-law Jay Nichols, Othello, WA, Harvey Drew, Moses Lake, WA, Sister-in-laws, Jeanne Waddell, Walla Walla, WA and their families. Larry was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.

Darin & Velma Meiners

October 5, 2015

We are so sorry to hear of your loss. We just recently found out. Larry is Darins God father. My parents (Velma Reyes Meiners) are Jose Angel Reyes and the late Santos Buitron Reyes who were also friends of Larry. My husband has so many good memories of the Jamiesons. The apple cider in the fall and just sitting to hear Larry tell his stories and jokes. Your family is in our prayers.
