We got great help with family research from Mr. Allen at the Richland LDS church library. And he was a polite man also.

Brother Allen was one of the best Sunday School teachers I've ever had. I especially enjoyed how he closed our class by encouraging us to read the lesson for the following week, and then telling us the number of pages we would be reading, which was generally less than 5.
I also appreciate is enthusiasm and optimism.
He was a pleasure to be around. He and his wife Ann, did much good in this world. They will continue to good, I am sure.
