When I applied at the Herald Rick, was the person I talked to. He was very talkative and a nice man.He gave people an opportunity to work without judging their nationality or background. He shared a birthday with my 7 year old daughter. I will sure miss him. Ex-co worker Elvira

Rick was a great guy and one of the people who had a big impact on future decisions in my life. I learned a lot of what to do and what not to do from him when I worked at the Herald.. We will miss him as much as we do his father Bill. Our thoughts are with all of you.
