VICTOR SMITH Obituary

VICTOR WILLIAM SMITH February 28, 1927 - August 30, 2016 Vic was born in Redding, Iowa, one of nine siblings. He served in the Navy and graduated from Iowa State College (BS) and University of Washington (MBA). Vic married the love of his life, Shirley Burns, in 1949. They moved to Tri-Cities in 1950, where he worked at Hanford. In 1969, they moved to Beaverton, Oregon, where he worked in the financial industry. After retirement, he did home repairs as Let Vic Fix It. Survivors include his wife Shirley; seven daughters: Linda Smith (Terry Doran), Cheryl Smith, Debbie Smith, Kathi Smith (Joe Schaffer), Terri Smith (Peter Klauer), Jill Mahler (Jim), and Karen Smith (Iketut Suartana); nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; three sisters and one brother.
