Antoinette, John, Tina and Joe, I cannot express how sorry and heartbroken I am to hear about Joe's passing. As you know, I worked with Joe at the ICC for 11 years, we worked so well together, I will cherish those years spent together forever. He was one of the most loyal, honest and trusting person I have ever known. He is gone way to soon. But know that he is definitely smiling down on you and protecting you always. RIP my dearest Joe, till we meet again.
