Allan Glaser Obituary

Allan Glaser 4/25/1920 - 9/2/2013 Born in New York City to May and S.J. Glaser, Allan passed peacefully and was loved by his family. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Business School when he was 18 and was a World War II officer and veteran. He was an accomplished small business owner for 50 years and one time President of the New York Furrier's Guild. He was preceded in death by the love of his life for 60 years, Roberta (Bobbi). He is survived by his two sons, Robert and Adam; his daughters-in-law, Laurie and Kathi and his three grandchildren, Melina, Andrew and Steven. He loved his family, sports, the Democratic Party, the Wildcats, the horses and was the best card player anyone ever knew. We will miss him and are blessed to have the life with him that we did. The family wishes to thank Imelda Maldonado and Elsa Teran as well as his other caregivers for their extraordinary and loving care. Chapel Service 8:30 a.m., Wednesday, September 4, 2013, EVERGREEN MORTUARY & CEMETERY, N. Oracle & W. Miracle Mile. Interment to follow Temple Emanu-El Section. www.evergreenmortuary-cemetery.com
