Dear Dwigh and Margie, If you really knew me you would better understand that I have a difficult time expressing some things as in your case, your whole family left me with a lasting impression, and to of learned about Andrew just cut me to the heart and more so how for you two to of felt. Dear Margie and Dwight,
Although we did not have the opportunity to personally know Andrew, we have no doubt that was a remarkable young man who held a special place in the hearts of those who knew him. Grief is the deepest for parents who have lost a child. In time, find comfort in the memories and good times that the three of you shared as a family. The love the three of you shared will go on forever. We are so sorry that we were unable to attend Andrew's service, but our thoughts and prayers have been with you from the moment we heard about Andrew's illness.

Andrew was a gem, just coming into his own and this was a tragedy for him and all that loved him. I will miss him all the rest of my life and will try to prevent this happening to other families. Aunt D

Margie, I am so, so sorry about Andrew's passing away. I can't imagine the pain you and your husband must feel. After we met briefly at Blockbuster, I had kept Andrew and your family in prayer. I mentioned to my son Arthur, your student, way back at Esperanza, about Andrew, and he felt really, really bad. I hope someday, you'll be able to meet Art once again and see your accomplishment as a great teacher, but more I can see, and not even meeting your son, what a wonderful mother you are. Because you were such a wonderful person and teacher to my son. Margie, I'm so sorry, words only slightly cover the pain you're in right now. I'm here for you if you need me. Andrew was possibly one of the best people I've ever met, full of energy and always able to make almost anyone laugh. i only really got the know him during the Europe trip, and in that short time i came to truly came to appreciate how great of a person he was. he is, and will be missed

I am so sorry I know you are both such wonderful, outstanding and blessed parents any child could have. Andrew could truly testify to that. Just know Andrew is in the presence of the Lord and will be watching both of you. I can not imagine what you both are going through. I have never met any one in my life who was more free-spirited and caring and optimistic as Andrew was. I know he is that same wonderful person watching over all of us now. My prayers are with his family and friends at this time. He will always be remembered!

Our hearts go out to you in this terrible time. I spent some time getting to know Andrew on-line,and though we never met, I enjoyed our computer friendship. It was easy to see what a special young man he was. I wish we could have honored his suggestion to attempt a family reunion. Though we are many, many miles away, we are with you in spirit. I just wanted to mention how much Andrew meant to me. As his teacher for four years, I was delighted to have Andrew every single day of class. His constant smile, good spirit and friendliness were second to none. Janet had kept me informed all these months of Andrew's courageous battle in the hospital. She also shared his videos on Utube. Andrew was the greatest guy I have ever met. Always happy, always optimistic, never caused trouble, and was a very good friend. He will be very missed and my condolences to his friends and family. I am deeply sorry for your loss, but hey, he's done with the pain and suffering, finally done with those surgeries, and he is in a better place.

I was broken-hearted reading about Andrew this morning. I remember how much you talked about him when I worked with you in Sunnyside. When I was planning a trip to Sedona you told me to take my daughter on the Verde Valley Railroad because Andrew loved it so much. My thoughts and prayers are with you. May his memory be a blessing.

I'm sorry I did not know your son. He seems to have accomplished a lot in his time here. You should be proud. He is no longer in pain. He is now in the arms of Jesus and is lighting up the heavens.
