Candyce Moring Obituary

MORING, Doctor Candyce K., 59, passed to the other side, through the thin veil of life, to begin her next journey on November 23, 2006, with her family at her side. Candy spent most of her adult life attending to our precious four-legged family members, most recently at Ajo Veterinary Clinic and Guadalupe Veterinary Clinic. Candy was a wonderful, caring veterinarian and a very special, unique and loving human being that will be sorely missed by many, many clients, their owners, fellow doctors, staff and family members. She is survived by her sisters, Sandalee Moring-Conner, Megan Heemsoth, Debbie Moring; her nephew, Bryn Heemsoth. Memorial services will be as she wished, simply a celebration of her life, at 502 East 2nd Street on Sunday, December 3, at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements by EVERGREEN MORTUARY & CEMETERY.

Sandy,

So, so sorry to read about your sister. It seems like yesterday that Candy was the big sister away at college and we had all the time in the world to hang out at Lake George.

My sympathies to Megan and Debbie too.

Your friend always,

Our sympathies to Dr. Moring's family and friends (both human and furry). We met you in 1999 and will miss you. You were a special person who honestly understood us. You made us feel loved and safe. We know you will be surrounded by many that you have helped throughout the years. We know that everyone at Ajo Vet Clinic misses you as we do. One day, we, too, will be by your side.

DR. MORING WHAT CAN I SAY? YOU WERE A GREAT INSPIRATION TO ME AND A GREAT TEACHER WHEN I WAS A LITTLE GIRL. WHEN AJO LOST YOU THEY DEFINATELY LOST ONE OF THEIR OWN. WHEN I LOST YOU I LOST ONE OF MY MOMS. I GUESS NOW I WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH ONLY THE 10 THAT ARE STILL HERE. : ) I WILL MISS STOPPING BY AJO AND YOU TALKING TO ME ABOUT SCHOOL, THE CLINIC AND OF COURSE THE U OF A TEAM. I ONLY WISH THAT I COULD HAVE ONE DAY WORKED BY YOUR SIDE. I GUESS NOW YOU'LL ALWAYS BE BY MINE. I AND EVERYONE AT AJO WILL MISS YOU ALWAYS!!!

We can only imagine how crowded the Rainbow Bridge was as Dr. Moring crossed over ...... what a welcoming she had waiting for her!

We send our deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Candyce.
She was our vet for many years in the 80's and was a truly special caring person. When our dog, Abra was ill, Candy called me at work and made a special trip to visit me there to tell me the sad news that Abra had cancer and only a few weeks left of her life. She stuck with us through the entire process not only medically but emotionally. We know that Abra and all the other furry friends she helped through her years of dedication are surrounding her with love and peace.
Farewell, Candyce and thank you.
Respecfully,
Sandy Szelag and Carol Kells

To the family of Candy Moring please accept my deepest sympathy. Candy and I graduated from Coolidge Hi in 1964. Had hoped to see her at our reunion in Oct.,2004 but unfortunately she did not come. Although I hadn't seen Candy since 1986, we remembered the fun we had in high school. My prayers and thoughts are with you.

You where truly an amazing woman who will forever be in my heart. It's been hard coming to terms with this. I keep waiting for you to walk around the corner and say "Good Morning Michelle." I am angry I feel you didn't even get a fair fight and I wished I would have noticed it in you sooner, I am sorry! What soothes me is that you are no longer suffering.
Die hard UofA fan that is what you are and I am honored to have recieved your last tickets. Being there I knew you were there with the best seat in the house loving every minute regardless of the outcome.... We'll get'em next year!!!!
My final expression; Though you are not here with us I know your spirit is and will be forever..... The breeze that blows through my hair and the warm touch that touches my body..... I know will be you letting me know that you will always be by my side looking over me and all of us. So I am not going to say goodbye only see you later, you have the better life now and we will reunite someday.

I Love You & Miss You Dearly,

I was very sad to learn of Dr. Moring's passing. I was lucky enough to know her professionally over years of visiting Ajo Veterinary Clinic with my dog Joxer. She always had a gentle touch with the animals as well as a smiling sense of humor (Joxer always gave her "two paws up!"). The excellent team at Ajo Veterinary Clinic has lost an angel. My sincere condolences to her friends and family.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain, then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile, knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

I will truly miss you

Candyce,
You were a good friend who loved life and you will be deeply missed! I will always remember you while hiking familiar trails and trying hard to find that bird chirping in the tree.

Rest in peace . . . .
