Cheryl was a dear friend and every day that passes I remember more about how much she meant to me. I can't really get used to not having her around. Love and prayers go out to her family from my family.

I am sorry for your loss. Like many, I have never met her in person and know her only through her excellent writing, which has inspired my own. May God be with you during this difficult time.

I had been away on vacation and only just found out about this. My heart is breaking. I had met Cheryl on TFN back in 2001 and she was the sweetest, nicest person and I was proud to have known her for all those years even if we had never met. She even sent me a picture of her with her family in front of the tree once. I'm so sorry. Love to her family, she will be missed by so many. Mary Allard (aka MariahJade2) Havertown, Pa.

Cheryl was practically a second mother to so many of us over the years. Ever gracious and kind, she always was there when you needed her for an ear to listen, a shoulder to cry on, or open arms ready to hug you. I will miss you so much.

Cheryl was a dear friend and I'm sorry I lost touch with her after she moved to Arizona from Washington. She was a kind and generous and peaceful person. I enjoyed having her as part of my Fan Force the Mos Everett Cantina ( Now Cascadia Outpost). She was one of our founding members way back in 2003. I'm glad I knew her for the time that I did.

Although I only knew Cheryl online, through a Star Wars community, she was always so kind and offered many encouraging words. I am very sorry she passed away at such a young age, and I would like to offer my heartfelt sympathy to her family and friends.

I'm thankful I had an opportunity to chat with her at our 30th high school reunion before her passing. She looked just as she did in school and was just as sweet. I send my sympathies to those closest to her.
