Damon , its been almost a year since you left us , and there is not a day that goes by that I dont think about you and how you always made me laugh , I will miss our chats on the computer and the phone ! I guess we can all get used to you not being here , but not to soon I hope ! I will always feel safe that all of us that were left behind , have you as our guardian angel to watch over us , until the day when we will all be together again ! Until then my friend , may you rest in peace and know that we all love and miss you so very much !!!

A candle is always shining when thinking of Damon. Every day that I drive past his home, three houses away, they have repainted it, etc. But, one can still feel Damon's vibes. One thing about him was no matter how he would appear to you on the streets, either work cloths, or casual or trick or treating, one always knew it was Damon. You are so missed, Brother. Your impact on other's lives is just as strong today as it ever was. Just goes to show what a wonderful Human Being your were, always. Ronnie and Judy

Damon helped me with my wedding last November. He took a very scary situation and made it so beautiful and enjoyable. He was such a nice and warm person. When we go back to stay at Hotel Laguna in just a few weeks, we will pop a bottle of champagne and remember a very wonderful man. He will forever be in our hearts.

I met Damon when planning my wedding at Hotel Laguna and "he had me at hello" I instantly felt at ease that he was "in charge". I want to send my deepest sympathy to his family and friends. Damon will be missed by people his life lightly and deeply touched!

I have known Damon for about 18 yrs and never was it a dull moment. He was so many good things to so many people and was always a kid at heart. I will truly miss you as will we all from the original group. Be with us always and remember that even if you are out of someone's view, you will never be out of someone's heart!! RIP my dear friend.

I met Damon when he started at Hotel Laguna. I ended up being one of his apartment managers for ten years. He came to be a great friend. I spoke with him almost every day. I worked with him as the DJ for at least 2 or 3 hundred weddings. He was one of the best wedding professionals that I know. He had a hudge heart and loved to have fun. I will never forget the 4th of July parties. If there were more people like him in this world, it would be a much better place. I will miss him deeply.

Damon help to arrange our wedding at The Hotel Laguna on July 5th, 2008 (and yes, we got to see Damon enjoying the 4th in style!). His sense of humor and kindness helped to ease our anxieties on the most wonderful day of our lives.
On our honeymoon in Rome, Scott and I sent Damon a postcard "from the Pope", and on July 5th, 2009 we returned to The Hotel Laguna to celebrate our one year anniversay and say hello to our friend Damon...please know that he will surely be missed.

To Damon's family, We're so sorry for your loss and our thoughts and prayers are with you. We only met Damon a few times at the Laguna Hotel, he coordinated my son and daughter-in-laws wedding last year. He was so kind and helpful, you couldn't help but like and admire him. We were in Laguna a few months back and stopped by the hotel, Damon was there coordinating another wedding and to our surprise he knew us by name and took time to chat and ask about how the newlyweds were doing. He made an impression on us and we will remember him always. May God keep him in his loving arms and bless his family and friends.
