Dear Teresa, I hope you are faring okay since Don's passing. Please know I have been waiting to call, giving you time to grieve. I will really miss Don's big smile and hospitality on future visits to the great southwest. He had a way of making an impression on people and making them feel their best. Sending you hugs, dear cousin.

My condolences to the Sowell family on your loss. I worked for Don when he was at the U of A Facilities, Design and Construction back in the 90's. He was a wonderful person of integrity, and a great "upbeat" boss. I pray God's comfort during this time.

Dear Mrs. Sowell,
I had the great opportunity to work with Don on the Arizona School Facilities Board project about 10 years ago and to this day recall his professionalism, his integrity, his hard work and his dedication to his family, his job, and in our case to the State of Arizona. Don was a remarkably caring person who stayed in touch over the years even if just once a year at Christmas to say "hi". Everyone who knew Don will miss him as the world has lost one of its finest. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Teresa, Bob and Kay,
We have only the fondest memories of Don. He was caring and supportive during Virgil's illness and always made him laugh during each visit. The family stories he shared with us after Virgil died made us laugh and did much to lift our spirits. As Don told Virgil,"...that laughter will remain in my thoughts of you always..."just as Don's laughter will remain in ours. We wish we had seen Don more, as his sincerity and love touched our hearts. May memories of your wonderful husband and brother get you through this painful time. Love, Audrey,Bryan and Paula
