I had to honor to be Don's personal fitness trainer. I worked with Don once a week and sometimes twice- when his busy retired schedule allowed. I always looked forward to my hour with Don. He was a complete joy to have conversations with. Don's level of intelligence pushed me to read more and be able to contribute more to our conversations. He was thrilled to learn about my husband, Aaron's graduate studies. In addition, Don was thrilled to talk to Aaron about current scientific research. He reassured me that Aaron & I would have a beautiful life. When you are trying to make it as a young couple--his words warmed my heart.
My heart hurts for Peggy, his children, and grandkids. Sending love to you all!

Uncle Don was my beloved godfather. I feel so fortunate to have known him my entire life. My parents could not have chosen dearer friends to be my god parents than Don and Peggy Gleason. Don was the epitome of a good husband and father as well as a role model of how to live one's life with integrity and grace. I will miss him greatly.
All my love to Peggy and the family,
Donald and Ann Macey

Don was a man of faith, integrity and strength. He was also a "gentle man." A dedicated physician, he gave hope, healing and life to many.
Throughout the years, it has been a blessing to hold a friendship with Don, Peggy and the family. Back in "those days" Don was Donald's piano student with many gold stars pressed upon his music! For Robyn, Uncle Don will always be her very special Godfather.
Look carefully into the night sky. You will see a new shining star in the heavens. But, sadly, there is one less gentle man walking this earth.
So much love to Peggy and the family

I worked with Dr. Gleason for the past 20 years. Not only was he a great physician--he was a God-loving family man, aspiring musician, and innovator. Always kind, always thoughtful. It was a privilege for me to know him. My heart goes out to all the family, especially Peggy. God bless.

My late mother, Patricia Martin, was a medical transcriptionist many years ago in Dr. Gleason's practice. She often discussed what a kind and smart physician Dr. Gleason was. As an RN, I know how valuable kind and smart doctors are. I remember visiting my mother in the office, from Scottsdale, with my then two, young children, and recalled Dr. Gleason's wife, Peggy, being there and treating me so pleasantly. My condolences to the Gleason family. Dr. Gleason will be missed.

Dr Gleason was a wonderful doctor. I saw him for several years when I was a child. Just this past Tuesday my husband and I took a pic of his old office by Erickson because we were at a Drs appt across the street. I was telling my husband what a kind and caring man he was. My condolences to his family for their loss. He made a huge difference in many lives. May he rest in peace.
