What a beautiful way to express how much Ellen is missed by all who were close to her. She left us suddenly one year ago.
Ellen was my daughter-in-law and
we were bonded together by our love
for the Lord. Ellen would tell me,
when we talked, that she didn't know
what she would do if she didn't have the Lord in her heart.
Isaiah 61:1-3,in the Bible, tells how
the good tidings of the Lord binds up
the brokenhearted, comforts all that
mourn and gives the oil of joy for
mourning and the garment of praise
for the spirit of heaviness.
May all those who are brokenhearted
be comforted by God's amazing grace
and unconditional love for her and
all of us.
There is comfort for those who mourn.
It is a free gift from God.

I knew Ellen from working at Northwest, she was the most caring and compassionate person and lit up the room with her smile. She was always there for everyone to lend a helping hand. Ellen will be missed dearly, but never forgotten.

My Friend, My Sister by another mother, as we always commented. I will miss your bright smile, your warm hugs, your loving ways. The way you cared for your family, your friends and your patients and their families there is no other person I know that was as kind as you Ellen, I will miss you forever, but I will hold onto all the talks we had and all the advice you gave me...."We do swim in a sea of sharks, but land is ahead"... you have now found that island and I will visit with you again one day. I will count on you meeting me when it is my turn to find that "Island". Rest only in Peace my "Sister", Rest well knowing that we Love You ! Debi

I met Ellen when we were taking nursing classes together at Pima back in 1980. We have been friends for a long time. She always was a happy person and I always enjoyed hanging out with her. I remember she surprised my sister and I with a 30th birthday party. I have many happy memories of Ellen and I will always remember her fondly.
