To Frank's family we are so very sorry for your lose. He was a wonderful man, he was my daddy's neighbor and then my son's at Mission Greens. He helped me with great advise and he and Annie
will be greatly missed, and they are with my Frank and Annie. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

We were neighbors at Mission Greens for several years. We left there in June 2002. Frank was always pleasant. We served on the board of directors for awhile. He always "did the right thing"

Frank was a good neighbor for many years. We attended neighborhood parties and saw each other walking for exercise and talked many times. He is very much missed and I will always remember his kind and gracious manor.
