Dear Marshall Family,
I recall working with Hugh when I was just a young Customs Inspector at the Port of Nogales. Hugh always took the time and made the effort to not only teach many of us in the ways of border law enforcement, but he did so from a position of earned authority and expertise. He was a true Gentlemen and will be missed. Rudy M. Camacho
