Janet HORWITZ Obituary

HORWITZ, Janet, 64, of Lima, Ohio passed away April 7, 2012 Born May 10, 1947 to Dr. Harvey and Lillian Lipschultz Horwitz (both deceased) in Cook County, IL. Janet was employed at Marimor Industries for 23 years. She took great pride in donating her hair to Locks of Love. Janet was especially fond of her nieces and nephews. Survived by sister, Nancy (Dr. James L.) Kahn, Lima, OH; brother, Dr. Paul R. (Tatiana) Horwitz, Tucson, AZ; several nieces and nephews. Private Services were held in Lima, OH. Interment was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Lima, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Marimor Industries at 2450 Ada Rd., Lima, OH 45801. Arrangements by CHILES-LAMAN FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES.

Hello Nancy and Paul,
My parents, Frank and Hortense Erde, were very close friends of your parents growing up in the 50's. I remember Janet well, she and I were close in age and when our families had get togethers Janet and I would "hang out", as kids say these days.
