Janet OWSOWITZ Obituary

OWSOWITZ, Janet Lavon, February 21, 1931 - December 11, 2013, passed away last Wednesday. A resident of Tucson for over 30 years, she enjoyed travel, food and good company. She had a brief career in the Air Force, raised two sons, and traveled the world in her career as a travel agent. She is survived by a sister, Mary Brown of Texas; a son, Larry; his wife, Anne (Sadowski) and grand daughters, Lauren and Ellen all of New Hampshire. No Memorial Service is planned and she will be buried at the Southern Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Jan was very fond of dogs so in lieu of flowers please donate to your local shelter. Arrangements by ABBEY FUNERAL CHAPEL.

Jan, you are missed. what a wonderful career you had and enjoyed the world thru various venues and loved to cruise with Holland. It was a privilege to work with you and learn from you and laugh with at AAA Arizona. Bless Larry and family and sister that she was loved and missed here in AZ along with Sam.
