Dear Grandpa-
We are so grateful to have had the gift of being with you last week. My mom would have been so proud of your strength and grace, as are we. The kids and I will remember our time with you and Grandma, always. Until Paradise, "see you later, alligator" as you always said to us when we were kids. We love you so much.

Love, Susan and Richard, Danny and Chonda

Dear Grandpa ~ Throughout my chaotic childhood I knew I could count on your strength, love and the courage of your convictions. I am so grateful that I was able to be there for you during your last week here on earth. I hope there are bunnies and quail for you to watch in heaven. I love you Grandpa.

Dear John, I will miss your beautiful voice but I know that you are already leading the singing in the Lord's heavenly choir. I love you and Doris dearly and appreciate your loving welcome at the church in Arivaca. May the Lord bless you and your family, Doris and help you through this terrible time of grief. God will comfort you and we know where John is now. Love, Margie Tangye

Dearest Grandpa,

We are missing you already! Wish you were here to go bowling with the kids and to share your vast knowledge of all things with me. You and Grandma will remain in our thoughts and prayers always. We can picture you now playing your harmonica with the angels.
