John Silvester

John Silvester passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on Tuesday, November 24, 2015, after battling several health issues. He was born July 27, 1964 in Butte, Montana to Dale F. Silvester and Georgia Ramona (Schonenberger) Silvester. He moved to Tucson in 1968 with his parents and six older brothers and sisters. He is predeceased by his parents. He is survived by his love and best friend, Kacey Sheehan; her grandchildren, Liam, Zyler and Ryan (John often napped with little Ryan sleeping on his lap) and his brothers, Dale Wayne (Denise), Mike and Emery Silvester and his sisters, Yvonne (Dan) Shay, Jane (Kelly) Beach and Dixie (John) Millican. John is also survived by 13 nephews and nieces and by 19 great-nephews and nieces. John was a graduate of Flowing Wells High School and the California School of Culinary Arts. John was also a Journeyman Electrician and a Member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local #570. John enjoyed family gatherings, cooking, the outdoors, Mt Lemmon and anything to do with automobiles and trucks.
