R.I.P. Joe, not a day goes by that I don't think of you. You were such a wonderful dad, and a wonderful husband, and a wonderful brother in law. Where ever you were, you brought laughter and joy into people's lives. You are a hero !!! Your nickname you gave me as a child stuck with me all these years and I will always keep the nickname "bango" with me forever in my heart. Rest in peace and fly high with the angels Joe. You will always be remembered. I love you.

The loss of Joe to our family brings grief beyond measure, and my heart breaks for Amanda, Gabe, and Nick. Our family, his firefighter family, and their multitude of friends will see them through this with so much love and support, it would make Joe proud. His larger than life persona will be sorely missed by ALL who knew him. Love you, Amanda, and your Aunt Laurie's shoulder is all yours. I'll see you Saturday, sweet girl.
