Joshua Drew Winstead Joshua's light left us on December 12, 2012. Joshua was born on December 27, 1988 in Tucson, AZ. He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Winstead and is survived by his mother, Deborah (Shawn) Priest; sister, Savannah (Jeff) Ranta of MI; brother, Walter Winstead, Jr. of WA; sister, Jyoti Winstead of MI; brothers, Tom and Robert Burton and Matthew Priest and sisters, Laura Burton and Ione Priest; grandparents, Kimo and Marjorie Owens of TX; uncles, Bryan Lee, TX, Ronald and Daniel Drew and Milt Winstead of AZ; aunt, Tamara Ammand of AZ and a multitude of cousins and friends. He held Devorah and Scott Yelton; Andy, Chrissy and Tony Coy as his family. Joshua was laid to rest December 20, 2012 at Evergreen Cemetery but he lives on in the memories and hearts of those who loved him and counted him as a friend. Arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel.

Hey!! It's been a year now,I'm not going to except this for a long time and won't be able to realize that you're really gone away.It takes time to heal all wounds and these wounds are to big for healing.Maybe another year will be better for everyone's broken heart's to completely heal.We need more time...Give us the ability to heal and move on,If I choose to move on or sit here and ask myself why.Miss you Joshua with all that my heart has left...

To the family and friends of Joshua, i send you my deepest condolences. Your son-brother-grandson-nephew must have been a very smart, loving, kindhearted wonderful young man. He was here with you for 24 years, but he has left his mark in the world and has made this world a better place for all he has done. he is home with his father, and is waiting to greet everyone when it is time. he is now an angel looking over everyone, and helping to keep you all safe. To Joshua's mother, my son is the same age, and they look very much alike. the sweet face, beautiful eye with such expression, and sweet smile, and the personality along with it. At this time, I understand that its not very easey to talk about him but you will in time. That is what will help everyone get through each day one day at a time, and keep Joshua close to you. He will always be with you.
