dear, sweet Katie - you were a special human being - you brought light and love into a room - always selfless, helpful, caring, beautiful. Smart as a whip and maybe the funniest person I've known....Brianna - she absolutely adored you - your loss of her is heartbreaking. Mom - Katie was so grateful for all that you gave her and loved you unconditionally....Katie, fly free and be happy. It was a privilege to have known you.

Katie I am, along with my Blu, sending some help to the Humane

Perhaps they are
not the stars,
But rather
openings in
heaven where
The love of our
lost ones pours
through
And shines down
upon us to let us
know they are
happy.

"Family" of Katie
Although we didn't know Katie we were so touched by what we read. You were so loved. May all the loved ones whose lives you touched be comforted, by each other, by memories, and by their faith.
A brief candel, both ends burning
An endless mile, a bus wheel turning
A friend to share the lonesome time
A hand to hold, a sip of wine
So say it all and let it ring
We are all a part of everything

You are in our thoughts and prayers

Dearest Katie,

You will be forever treasured in our hearts.

Memories as if a lovely place with sunlight falling softly, will somehow comfort us all just a bit.

Through silent tears you are rememberd, cherished and loved.

God bless you and keepyou.
May His face shine upon you forever and always.

Katie,
You are truly loved in so many ways. You always were for the underdog. We shared lots of fun times together like when I taught you how to drive. You will be in my heart forever. Your smile is always amazing and the sparkle you had for life. My heart is heavy with your loss. There is so much left unsaid so much left undone. May you be looking down from Heaven and smiling upon us.
What we all would give for just one more day with you, to talk to you to touch you and to tell you one more time just how much you are loved! You will never be forgotten!

Katie is one of my first memories of a girl who I looked up to and wanted to be like. She was so beautiful and smart, but mostly kind, generous, and thoughtful. I only knew her as a child but am sure that those characteristics that I admired in her helped shape my life.

Katie,
Well what to say about Katie-- So many things could be said; she never changed her true colors despite her surroundings-good or bad. I know that her daughter, Brianna was the light that shined threw Katie's smile as she spoke of her. I am very happy that I had a true friend in her and I will miss her deeply. Thank You Katie for being YOU. Know that you will not be forgotten and in our hearts you will always be. LOVE YOU LOTS-Venessa, Rick and children.

Katie had a gentle loving spirit. She was always a champion of the underdog. Katie cared for and became a close friend to Carolyn. She was family to us. Her light will always shine in our hearts.
