The memorial service was just beautiful and it was great to hear from so many loved ones. I wish I had remebered the following anecdote concerning Nadine then. I guess it was about twenty years ago. I was at Nadines house and she was poring over a city map prior to running some errands. I said, Nadine, why do you need a map? You've lived here for years. She replied that was planning her route so she only had to make right turns. She said she hated left turns! Ever since then I've always used her philosophy for piloting in traffic.

I am not a part of the Hammond family, but Nana always made me feel as though I were. She will be missed!
