Higgie,was the greatest human being I,know.This man was like a father figure to thousand's of kids,who came around the recreation centers he worked at. Thanks Higgie for teaching me so much.And most all thanks for teaching me how to be a good human being.

I am very sad to see that Mr. Higgie
passed away. He was a great loving and caring man. He was working at a center in 1975 and he kept me in line. My family is the Crenshaw family and anytime I was bad he would let my uncles know. He will be missed dearly.
