Memorial Service, Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Grace to the Nation Church, 6180 E. Pima Street. Arrangements by BRING'S BROADWAY CHAPEL.

I was crossing the border in Nogales Sonora and a lady opened the window and asked me if I was Doctor and told her I was not. So I told her the reason why I have "Dr Bob" is in memory of Dr Robert Crowdes who passed last year. She inmediatelly said : "I know Dr Crowdes". At that time I had to move forward and never saw the lady again.
Very curious thing that happened to me yesterday 9/27/2020
Dr Robert L Crowdes passed 9/26/2019 and is burried in Ciudad Obregón Sonora México, where He loved to be.

Dr. Crowdes was my daughter's first pediatrician; he was in the OR with me when she was delivered prematurely by C-section. When she was diagnosed at 9 weeks of age with a rare genetic defect, Dr. Crowdes had my husband and I come in after-hours to meet with him, just so that he could check-in and see how we were doing emotionally, and to make sure that our needs, as well as hers, were being addressed. I remember that he choked up a little bit when he was talking with us about what her diagnosis would mean for her and for us. We felt that he truly cared about both our daughter and us.
When our son was born a few years later, Dr. Crowdes was his pediatrician as well. He continued as our pediatrician until he retired. We had a total of 5 other pediatricians after Dr, Crowdes retired, but Dr. Crowdes always remained our favorite.
My kids are now 27 and 24 years old, and it has been a long time since we have seen Dr. Crowdes, but we have spoken of him fondly many times over the years, and always hoped that he was happy, healthy, and enjoying his well-deserved retirement.
I am saddened to know that Dr. Crowdes has passed away, but I know that if there is a heaven, he is definitely there. I hope to see him again some day; until then, I will hold him in my heart and will continue to remember him fondly.
My heart is with his family in their sorrow. ❤

We were just talking about Dr. Crowdes yesterday! He was our family pediatrician for many years. He was so kind and attentive. With 4 kids, we saw him often! He will be missed and remembered fondly, Our thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones,
