To all the family, I am so sorry that I was so far away and could not be with you during this time of sorrow. Jo I will be sending you a message later on but please know that Roger and I knew that we were still family no matter how far away we were. I only wish we could have made contact many years ago so we could have been communicating over the years. I know America lost a great Patriot and I salute him. Just remember you are part of our family and if you are ever around Mississippi, please contact me. God bless you all and I am proud to have been Roger's first cousin.

We at Ruda-Cardinal, Inc. would like to express our condolences to Roger's family. We got to know Roger several years ago when he did our mechanical design work. It was always a pleasure to hear his stories, of which he had many, particularly on target shooting. We are saddened by his passing, but celebrate his life and how he lived it.

Roger was a unique guy. Full of stories of raccoons in Ohio, musicians in the Basement Cafe, telescope mirrors, guitars, guns and more. I am glad he shared a lot of that with me.
