Wanda,
It’s been about 6 weeks since you went home. It’s impossible to explain how I feel, you are missed every day.
There was a Mass for you at Holy Hope yesterday, I found some peace in the service.
I think of you constantly, trying to lock down our memories, you make me smile when I think of you.
You were a gift beyond compare, I’m not sure why God gave you to me but I’m very thankful that he did and that you wanted me.
I see and hear things that remind of us and moments in our lives. Thank you for organizing and scheduling all the trips, vacations and many special activities we did through our lives together.
Our lives were blessed, we complimented each other, we were stronger as a couple and the world knew it. It’s hard to know what life’s going to bring without you here, I guess I’ll find out.
You will forever own my heart.
Until I see you again know I love you and will miss you being by my side.
Forever yours,
Tim

Wanda was an amazing person. She brightened everyone´s day. I am a server at the preserve restaurant in saddlebrooke. She ate there regularly and she was so generous and nice to everyone that worked there. Would bring clients in for lunch or to just see the beautiful view. From all the staff at the preserve we will miss you. Also are condolences and prayers to her family. You will be loved and missed by many.

Aunt Wanda, you will be missed beyond measure. Thank you for all of the laughs and support throughout my entire life. The entire Rowland family has a hole in our hearts. Pics are of me, you and Uncle Tim in Del Mar around 1996 and the entire family out to brunch a couple years ago.

We are so saddened to hear Wanda has left us. Heartfelt sympathy to Tim & family. She will leave the earth a little dimmer as her sunshine always shone such a bright light. We first met Wanda on a phone call from Florida & video when she helped us buy a home in Sun City 8 years ago. So sad.

Wanda is a light of the world that will truly be missed. Her caring heart, professionalism and fun energy always made being near her a complete joy. We had purchased both our SaddleBrooke homes with her help, the first long distance. We consider it a true gift and honor to have known her. Our sincere condolences to her family. - Doug Powell & Jo Anne Gilkeson-Powell

We met Wanda in 2016 as we needed a buyers agent and I thought her name sounded sweet.
She was very professional yet so personal. She was very respective of the Robson properties and always referred to him as Mr Robson. Wanda was a true connector that had so many stories to share. She made us feel so welcomed as did everyone we met.
Over the years she helped so many people find their home in SaddleBrooke and at the Ranch, including my brother in law and my brother.
She always talked about when it would be her turn to retire and enjoy the stress free lives she witnessed in her clients. I saw her a year ago when we sold her and Tim our e-bikes as she was going to slow down her career and amp up her workout activity.
So sad she never got to enjoy the good life of her golden years her in Arizona.
Looking forward to seeing Wanda again in all her glory that she now enjoys.
Blessings on all who were blessed to have know her.
Sincerely
Jay Hansen

Wanda sold me my house 4 1/2 years ago and we became fast friends. We had some fun times and always laughed a lot. She babysat my bunny (Zoey) numerous while I travelled. She would wake up in the morning hoping to beat Tim and give Zoey her morning cookie. My heart is broken. Until we meet again, my friend.

I am shocked and saddened by Wanda's passing at the young age of 61. I always enjoyed working with Wanda as a Realtor. She treated her clients with extra care and attention and especially looked out for their best interests. I also remember her fun and joyful side when dancing with her at special events and enjoying her incredible sense of humor. She was such a lovely, exceptional person and she will be greatly missed by those who were fortunate enough to have known her. Heartfelt condolences to her husband Tim and family.

Wanda was my great aunt but also like a mom to me. She loved so greatly and was such a fun happy spirit that I was so lucky to have in my life. These are photos from our trip to Oceanside, California in August 2023

Even though we only knew Wanda for a short handful of years, she made a lasting impression in that time. She will always be a friend I hold in my heart and memories as cute, spunky, and fun spirited. We were looking forward to spending time with Wanda on future adventures. To not be able to go forward with that feels surreal -- she is already truly missed. Thank you for your friendship, Wanda.
