My thoughts are far too late in looking and sharing but not in my mind. Warren hired me as one of my first jobs in his Big A Auto Parts store in Pinetop, AZ. As soon as I saw this picture of him, I knew it was him. He played guitar in our church, sung and always reminded me of Neil Diamond. I've always been thankful of Warren's influence in my life, even though he never knew. The moment I walked into that machine shop in the back of his Big A Auto parts store, and inhaled that first smell of machining, I knew that was the world I belonged in. I always have, and always will. I've lived in and always have been obsessed with automotive tech, and Warren is a huge part of that for me. I knew and went to school with his children- very nice family. I still to this day have tools I obtained from his little Big A parts store where I worked and learned the books, far before computerized parts lookup. I can go on and on with more memories but suffice it to say, in a way I feel proud to read his obituary and know that in a small way I am carrying on his legacy- timing belt wrestling match this evening as a matter of fact out in my shop. I recall his blue Nova race car...I'll stop now! Thank you Warren, Mr. Lynn to me, for your influence on my life. Rest in peace. Russ Ive.

Very sad news. I knew Warren from our days at the Air National Guard and drag racing. Great times with a great person. My deepest sympathy to all his family. RIP Warren.
