COLE, Britney Rose, 21, of Tullahoma, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 23, 2016. She was born on Sept. 2, 1994, in Bennington, Vermont. Britney graduated from Burr and Burton Academy and was a recent graduate of Tennessee Technology Center at Shelbyville. She was full of energy and never had a loss of words. Britney loved to spend time with her family and friends. She enjoyed country music, four-wheeler riding, camping and fishing. She was preceded in death by her grand-father, Roy Harrell. Britney is survived by her parents, Lance and Denita Cole, of Tullahoma; brothers, Justin Oakes, Brandon Cole and Ryan Cole, all of Tullahoma; sister, Samantha Oakes, of Tullahoma; grandparents, Mary Lou and Foster Colvin, of Dorset, Vermont; Charon Harrell, of Tullahoma, and Leslie (Red) Cole, of Manchester, Vermont; aunts and uncles, Adam Cole and wife Vickie, of Manchester, Vermont; Dale Harrell and wife Robin, of Shelbyville, Brian Harrell, of Manchester, and Chara and Matthew Gault, of Tullahoma; nephew, Mason Oakes, of Tullahoma; several cousins and extended family throughout the United States; and biological mother, Danielle Niles of Bennington, Vermont. Family requests all flowers be delivered to the funeral home. Visitation with family and friends will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 1, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home, where a memorial service will follow at 5 p.m. with the Rev. Rudy Wilkinson officiating. Moore-Cortner Home in charge of arrangements.
