Finis Randy Buckner

BUCKNER, Finis Randy, 65, owner of Central Funeral Home in Manchester, passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2017. He was a graduate of Ohio State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and architecture. He was a member of the Manchester Rotary Club, the Industrial Board, the Governor's Advisory Board for Education in Coffee County and the Hickory Hills Church of Christ. He also was an avid pilot. He was preceded in death by his father, Finis Malcolm Buckner. Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Terri Buckner of Manchester; his mother, Allie Mae Hawk Buckner, of Manchester; his brother, Frank Buckner, of Hillsboro; and numerous other family members and friends. Visitation was held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4, at Central Funeral Home, where services will be conducted in the chapel at 12 p.m. today, April 5. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Humane Society of Coffee County, All God's Children in Manchester, Special Olympics of Lower Cumberland Region Area 13, P.O.
