Dear Jim, Linda, Jack, Carly, Mrs. Erickson, Connie, and Nancy,

My deepest condolences for your loss. Mr. Erickson's unique combination of intellect and his pleasant personality is something I will never forget. He had a passion for many diverse things that he shared with you all. I can still hear the excitement in his voice and his smile and chuckle...while I chatted with him about anything...he always intently listened regardless of what silly topic I brought. I still fondly remember the day he drove his RX-7 over and gave my dad and I a grand tour of it...wow I thought, a PhD who bought a sports car...what a neat and unique person. It is an honor to know him. May God bring you all peace and comfort at this most difficult time. Sincerely, Mike Stanko
