Alex and his dad used to walk in our neighborhood in the evening. I think they were taking a few "man moments" away from all the girls. At Halloween, Sandy and Alex would Trick or Treat. Our tradition was candy for Alex and a beer for Sandy. Halfway thru the neighborhood, it was still a hike home lugging Alex´s haul. He was an active sweet young man always.
I kept track of Alex mostly thru his Pops and Nana Chalmers after the family moved. I am praying for you all at this sad loss. Sweet one resting in Jesus´ arms.

I met Chalmers senior year of Cascia baseball when he was a freshman. I kept in touch with him about gym, school, and life through my college years. I tried to help him & hang out when I´d be in town and cared about him greatly.
