Survived by mother, Edith Webster; wife, Frances Lydia Webster; sisters, Linda Burger, Lea Ann Gingerich; nephews, Philip Hubbs, Ben Fronkier; nieces, Holly Hubbs, Annie Fronkier; great-nieces, Violet, Maggie, Daphne and Lucy Hubbs.
Allen served in the U. S. Army. Was an avid bird watcher and enjoyed nature. Services at a later time. Cremation care is with Rice Funeral in Claremore, OK.
