E. Metcalf Obituary

E Rebecca Metcalf Rebecca Metcalf, age 68, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2023 in her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Phoenix, Arizona to John & Flonda Sharrit. She married Robert Metcalf in September 1976 and together they raised two daughters.

Throughout her life, Rebecca was a woman of deep faith and unwavering devotion to Jesus Christ. Her faith was a guiding force in her life and provided her with strength and comfort during the difficult years of her health crisis. She was known for her compassion, generosity, and commitment to serving others - a reflection of her spiritual values and deep love of Jesus.

In addition to her dedication to her faith, Rebecca was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who took great pride in her family. Her warmth, kindness, and steadfast love will always be remembered. She always put the needs of her family and others before her own and made sure they felt loved and supported. While by formal education she was a nurse, to those that knew her she was so much more - an artist, musician, seamstress, poet, chef, and always a gracious host.

Rebecca is survived by her loving husband, Robert; her daughters, Rachel & Rochelle; her grandsons, Benjymin & Kian; and her siblings, Paul, and David. She was predeceased by her parents, John & Flonda, and her sister, Ruth.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to globalimpactministries.com in memory of Rebecca Metcalf.

Rebecca's spirit and love will live on through her family and friends, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
