It is with heavy heart that I learned of the passing of the Reverend Edgar McElhannon. This fine gentleman has been a part of my life since my childhood in Cordova, Alaska. I had the pleasure of going to church where he preached. And later in life, he officiated my marriage in Anchorage, Alaska on 6/26/99. He will be remembered as the genuine, religious person he was as well as a lifetime long friend of my family! Please rest in peace, Sir Edgar. Your humble servant , A. Bruce Tiedeman.
