Edwina Perry

PERRY - Edwina (Jackie), age 81, went to be with our Lord on Thursday, October 23, 2008, after a brief illness at Firelands Hospital in Sandusky, OH. Born in Weleetka, OK, November 29, 1926 to V.H. and Georgia Stacy Wilcox . She was a lifelong resident of the Tulsa area. She was retired from Hillcrest Medical Center, where she was employed as a unit Secretary. In 2005, she moved from Catoosa, OK to Norwalk, OH to be near her son and his wife. She is survived by: her daughter, Susan and son-in-law, Tony Brochini of Mariposa, CA; son, Mike and daughter-in-law, Patty Perry of Norwalk; daughter-in-law, Gloria (Cheshewalla) Perry of Tulsa; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews; 6 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: her parents; son, Daniel Paul; brother, William Lee of Tulsa; and long time companion, Norbert (Smitty) Smith of Big Cabin. She enjoyed pets, reading, travel, fishing, baking, making gingerbread houses, quilting, collecting, and spending time with her family, dear friends and large extended family. She will be missed for her giving heart and ready smile. A Memorial service will be held at a later date. Edwina (Jackie) Perry
