When I worked at PSO, how well I remember how he always had a warm smile and greeting for everyone. There were no little people in his world. He was a father figure to many of us. A wonderful man.

Cindy and Jacques,

My thoughts are with you. I feel like I've know your father since I was a child, since both of our dads worked for Public Service Company.

God bless you!

Jacques was one of the true visionary leaders in the economic

and industrial development of Tulsa.

I had the pleasure of being closely

associated with him, particularly

with The Economic Development

Commission of Tulsa and The Tulsa

Port of Catoosa which he led during

its crucial formative years.

Tulsa has been very fortunate to have had dedicated people such as

Jacques Cunningham helping make

good things happen for all of us.
