Mr Waller was a friend of my Mom and Dad (Bill and Joyce Mastin) I as a child played with Mr Waller daughters. He was a good friend of my parents. And the best "Little Red" I am very sorry he is gone. I will always remember him. My parents always talked about his love of his indian heritage and for OU. God Bless Laura and his daughters. My prayer are with them.

My heart and prayers go out to the family. I can't say enought kind words that express my feelings toward Phillip. I first met you guys when Marjorie Snell was in the Hospital and what you did for her was a true Godsend. Gayla and I have never met more precious and kind people as you are. I know that Phillp is with God and letting him know that he represented a traditon at the University Of Oklahoma that displayed what a true "LITTLE RED" stood for. I know you will miss him very much and were blessed to have him as long as he was on earth. God has a place for him and this is what we have to remember. If you need a friend don't feel hesistant to call us.

I have known Philip since junior high in Anadarko. He was always kind and gentle, even with a football uniform on. I am so sad he left us so soon. I last saw Philip 10 years ago in Anadarko at the class of '55's 40th reunion and he was the same as I always rememberd him. He was one good Indian dancer and he will always be remembered at Okla. University and by anyone who ever met or knew him. My condolences to his family
