Charles Morris Obituary
Survivors include his wife, Jean Morris; daughter, Suzanne M. Toxey (Dewayne); sister, Marilyn Swindle (Jimmy); grandchildren, Chris and Jon Paul Toxey; and other relatives.
Charles loved his family and enjoyed singing. He was a very talented bass singer and sang with several gospel quartets in the south.
He enjoyed traveling and spending Friday nights eating with friends of 50 years. He spent many hours volunteering at DCH Valet Parking.
Charles loved people but most of all, he loved Jesus and was a dedicated Christian who desired to show Christ's love to everyone.
His grandchildren, knew him as POPPA – THE MAN, THE MYTH, AND THE LEGEND!

I loved your daddy! I remember running into him and your mom one night at dinner. I asked him to sing for me and he did. Everyone around him stopped talking and listened then clapped. He was so sweet. I know you will miss him so much.
