Mrs. Anne, I will always remember Mr. Gene as a kind and loving neighbor. He bought candy, girl scout cookies, and anything else your little girl next door brought over to sell. You have been my mother's best friend, and helped my parents when they needed you. Know that in the weeks to come a citizen miles away mourns with you. I am so glad he shared in the joy of my son with my family. His memory will be cherished. Prayers, thoughts, and compassion pours from the deepest of my family's heart to yours.
