My prayers go out to the family. Noel was one of the kindest and most helpful person I met when I began my career at ALDOT. He always had a smile on his face and pleasant, encouraging words for you.
It was an honor to know him!

Noel was a good man. He lived his life and treated others the way I believe Christ wants us to be. My family is keeping your family in our prayers.

Dear Family, we are praying for you and will continue to. It was such an honor to know and work with Noel. He was a great man of God and spread kindness wherever he was. We loved him and love you. We pray that the peace of God will carry you in the days ahead. We thank God for his promise that we will see him again one day! With Love, Cynthia and David Kemp
