Bill and I spent most of our teenage years in Troop 89 together. We had some great times and Bill was always ready for a good trick to play on others. He always went out of his way to be a friend.

I was a classmate of Bill's. He was very bright. I remember being in Mrs. Howell's math and Mu Alpha Theta with Bill. Prayers of comfort to his family and friends.
