Dear Olson Family,
It's been almost a year since we have seen Tony's smiling face, but If I close my eyes I can still see him. He is in a better place and a smile never leaves his face. He will always be in our hearts and thoughts. We adored him and we will always miss him and I will still say "Hi Tony O!" every time I go past him.

Dear Tony,
It's almost been a year since you left us and I miss you. It was fun working with you in school and you'd always make me laugh when you'd say Oofda! or Kaboom!. Marissa still gets a big smile on her face when we talk about you. You and your family will always be in our hearts and prayers.
Love, Julie

Tony,

I am reminded of you everyday. I keep your picture on my refrigerator. We also drive by the cemetery often on our way home from church. Justice loves to say "Hello" and look at the decorations that people leave. It was truly a blessing to have known you and an even bigger blessing to have served you. I will never forget the time that I bumped your toe on the bedroom door. You never let me live that down. How about all the good times we had sitting on the deck and cheering for the "Cougars" or those nasty Deer flies down near the lake that wouldn't leave us alone when we would go for a walk. TONY O. - I MISS YOU....

Randy, Rosie & Family - May God's strength & peace be with you.

Rosie,
It's almost been a year since Tony has been gone. I still think about your feelings and how you are able to cope. Your positive stories and outlook brought me a lot of energy. Your pride in Tony's accomplishments was always evident. You have to feel so good about all the love you gave your little angel on earth.

Two years ago I accepted a position at CMS because I thought that having summers off would be great. The first day I got Tony Olson off the bus I was hooked. I thought to my self, "Shelley, you are one lucky person". The first week-end I left the school parking lot with tears in my eyes becuse it would be three days before I would see Tony because of the labor day week-end. I truelly loved to go to work and actually didn't look forward to time away from Tony. I've had two wonderful years being his nurse-para at school and was so looking forward to going to the high school. There wasn't anything I wouldn't do for Tony including being vidiotaped in a swim suit. I love him and will miss him.

Tony,

We miss you so much already! You added smiles, laughs, and happiness to our classrooms every single day. We knew what we had when we had you, but we still didn't realize to the fullest what you gave to us. Thank you for allowing us to all learn from you. Everybody who knew you is a better person just from being around you. You had that gift to sublty communicate your strength and happiness day in and day out.

We all loved you, but our "Shelley" sure is going to miss you. She was so anxious to take you to high school next year and work with you and care for you up until the time you graduated. Tony, think about Shelley often, because she will be thinking of you. She loved you! She took to you instantly when she met you and she worked hard and loved every second of the time she spent with you.

To the family, please allow yourselves to go on with your lives keeping Tony close to your hearts but realizing that he is looking down on you thanking you for your love. You are such a strong family. Keep the memories forever!

Dear Family,

We've never met in person but I've watched you over the years at the school choir concerts. Tony had such a bright spirit and you were always there looking on and supporting him. I often thought how lucky he was to have you and how lucky you were to have a blessing such as Tony. It was obvious how much the staff and kids at Rice Lake and CMS cared for Tony. It was also obvious how much Tony gave back to them in return.

As others have said so well, what a loss for all here on earth, but what a blessing for Tony to be chosen, honored and carried on to an eternal life that we can all hope for.

Thank you for sharing Tony with everyone and for the inspiration, admiration and strength you taught us all.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man."

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
