Matt and the family of Ed Amaro
Matt..just found out today from Rick Day that your father had passed away...sorry to hear of your family's loss...from what you told me in the past...your Dad was a 'great' guy and 'hard' worker and from the posts I've just read...a 'friend' to many and was always willing to help someone in need...that is a rare quality that few people possess...may you and your family fondly remember him as time helps heal the hurt you all are going through at this time...take care...hope to see and talk to you later..

To the Amaro family-
Ed made me feel like a member of the family from the first time I met him. Actually, he made me feel like I was dating his daughter (sorry, Lora, but I am talking about Dee). He was one of the nicest men I have ever met and I enjoyed being around him. He will be missed.

My deepest sympathies to the Amaro family. Ed was a family friend and a wonderful person to chat with at the State Fair (Taco King stand). He'll be greatly missed. My prayers go out to Ed's family.

To the Amaro family, our heart felt sympathy are with all of you. Our prayers are with you at this difficult time. I will alway's remember the smell of tacos when we came over long before the Taco King came to be, and having the pleasure of helping in the Kitchen with Faye and Eddie. Ed has been welcome edition to my family. You will be missed as always from the Taco King stand that I have worked for 15 years to the friendship you have bestowed unto me and my mother Maria. She will miss you as much I will miss you as a friend and a all around good guy. May you rest in peace and god bless you and the rest of the Amaro Family. My ol pal Ed,
I remember Ed the first time I saw him come driving that "Big Truck" into Snyder's Warehouse with a delivery. Then to find out he was the "Taco King" wow.
His son went to school with some of the guys I worked with at Snyders and I'll make sure that I pass it along to them. I'd make sure that I always stopped by his booth at the fair to get some tacos.
He will be greatly missed but his spirit will always be remembered. My condolences to the family he left behind.
