Oh Carol, we are so sorry to hear the sad news of Ben's passing. We love Ben so much! He was the best neighbor ever. So full of life, so positive, so adventurous, so very, very kind! And funny too! What will our neighborhood be like with out him taking his long, daily walks. Quite the handyman too. Oh my, will he be missed! Carol we want to see you out walking as soon as Spring comes!
